The Spiderman FUNtainer Bottle is new and made of stainless steel with a hygienic push button lid and pop-up straw. Bottle has 12oz capacity. Thermos brand. Actual color of top and bottom is dark navy, not black. This is also the Spiderman 3 version which is designated in small print at the bottom of the bottle.
